False turtle neck?

Does anyone know where to buy the false turtle neck inserts which are
worn inside a golf jumper? They used to be popular and are very useful
for playing golf in the recent cold weather.

You might try a local shop for motorcycle accessories (gear and
clothing).

Bought my fleece version of it there.
