The PGA, R&A, etc... really need to sort out the ridiculous rule which
states that a penalty stroke must be assessed if the wind moves your
ball on the green while you're about to putt. The current rule is
unfair and penalizes players for something beyond their control.

I once had a 2 foot tap-in birdie roll into a sand trap because of
wind/slope. I was walking onto the green and the ball just took off.
I stood and watched it while my brothers laughed and laughed. Walked
back to my bag and got a wedge out and proceeded to hit it 15 feet
past the pin.

You need to read the book "How to Win at Golf".

CHEAT!

Or, like Willie Nelson, par is not determined until I have played the
hole.
